Ezone serves a number of functions which the wider business utilises. For example, using the information on Ezone we can perform desktop audits on projects and use documents from them to showcase as evidence for third party audits, such as BSI or Achilles.

Ezone is backed up at regular intervals and you are encouraged to use it and work from it at all times. Your laptop or work station is not backed up to the servers so in the event that you have a technological issue or fault, work on your desktop or hard-drive will not be recovered.
